WHY A HIGH CONFLICT DIVORCE COACH IS SO ESSENTIAL

While divorce is already recognized as one of the most stressful events one can go through in life, this is exacerbated beyond measure with the ones that are classified as 'High Conflict'.

The unchartered waters of the Family Court system are overwhelming when you have no understanding of the battle you have just entered.

Dealing with custody battles, post separation abuse such as psychological abuse, intimidation, coercive control, and financial abuse puts immense pressure on a healthy parent and their children.

My role is to help my clients strategize, reduce negative emotions, and provide support to enable a clear head to get through this difficult journey as painlessly as possible.

After a long term marriage, and three children, I found myself in the same place you are now - in a high-conflict divorce.

I had no idea what was ahead of me and soon realized this was not going to be an amicable divorce. Navigating this unfamiliar process while dealing with post separation abuse and trying to shield my children was overwhelming and intolerably stressful

Through my own experience I have gained invaluable knowledge from the many experts I have worked with over many years. I am now able to use this knowledge alongside my professional qualifications, to guide my clients through their won similar situations.

By increasing my knowledge and qualifying as a Certified High Conflict Divorce Coach, I can offer my clients the benefit of being prepared for what is ahead of them.

I provide the knowledge and tools to:

Develop a strategy tailored to each clients unique circumstances along with creating a 'profile' of the high-conflict individual to help plan ahead.
Advise on the best ways to communicate with the high-conflict individual.
Teach the importance of an effective documentation system and ways to implement this.
